5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only within the European Union.
Orders over 59 € qualify for free shipping.
Delivery time: usually 3–8 working days, depending on destination.
Shipping is handled by our logistics and dropshipping partners (such as Hertwill).

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your message before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
You must return the goods at your own cost, in unused condition and original packaging.
7. Warranty
Your statutory warranty rights under EU law apply.
If the goods are defective, please contact us promptly with photos and your order number.
8. Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of the products.
Our liability for slight negligence is excluded except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
