1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by a letter sent by post.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
3. Returning the Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

As our products may be dispatched from different shipping and logistics locations within the European Union, the return address may vary depending on the product.
Please do not return goods to our business address in Stuttgart unless we have expressly confirmed this address as the appropriate return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, you are also responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately €150.
5. Diminished Value of the Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or goods that are clearly personalised to the consumer’s needs.
For sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal has been removed after delivery.
